Short Application or Long Application (Check or Direct Credit Card Billing) Forms (if/as needed) are referenced for the particular program.

 

If it's indicated that an application form is not required for a particular program, then you need only send us email to register, along with sending your payment.

 

You are enrolled once the receipt of the appropriate application form and payment is confirmed via email.
